Three unique meeting rooms at affordable prices in the heart of Kings Cross. Just a short walk from St Pancreas International and Kings Cross Underground Station, the Hugh Cubitt Community Centre offers three competitively-priced community spaces for hire.
If you need a hall, the centre offers a spacious hall, ideal for fitness, martial arts, yoga, conferencing, networking, etc. Click here to view pictures and reserve the hall online.
If you are delivering training, the Anchor Suite is ideal and contains projector, flip chart, and ample seating in a light and airy environment. Click here for pictures and online booking.
If you require a small meeting room, that is also available. Large whiteboard, sofa, meeting table and chairs. Click here for photos and online booking.
The Hugh Cubitt Community Centre, in partnership with communitycentresuk.com, is piloting an online reservation/ booking system for its three community spaces available to hire.
At the moment, the system allows for online reservations requests which get approved once payment is received at the Hugh Cubitt centre. In time, the intention is to add the option to pay securely online and immediately book the space.
We are running a free workshop for local people who want to feel better about themselves and receive a boost to their self-esteem.
Maybe you are looking for work and need a boost to help you with an interview – or maybe you are just feeling a bit down and needs some help getting back on your feet.
If you are interested please email email@example.com or call into the Hugh Cubitt reception.
Supported by Peabody Community Foundation and Barnsbury Community Group.
The King’s Cross Story Palace is a project that aims to celebrate and share the history of King’s Cross and the surrounding areas over the past 100 years.
We’re working with local groups and organisations to collect the stories and memories of a wide range of communities and people living locally.
We have a large number of volunteering opportunities available across the project including supporting events, historical research and administrative roles.
Find out more at storypalace.org, or contact Aimee on firstname.lastname@example.org or 02076080775.
The Secret Café at the Hugh Cubitt Centre has developed into a charming addition to the local area.
The irrepressible proprietor Dee keeps a constant flow of new dishes and homemade cakes, as the café has taken shape over the last 6 months.
It is also really reasonably priced with a delicious falafel wrap costing just £3.
As well as this we are starting to recycle unwanted oil into biodiesel to help you and environment, so give us a visit next time you’re thinking about throwing some of your oil down the sink!
